Jaquar flush not working properly by Manish R Phanse:

HI,
This complaint is regarding my Jayqar flush which is not functioning properly the day since it has been installed. In approximately 1.5 years this is my 8-10 complaint but no proper solution has been provided. Every time when we push the flush cock may time it is not automatically turned off due to which my over head water tank has been emptied. Every time I have to wait for the flush cock to see whether it is turned off or not. Every time at the time of complaining your service person comes and do some oiling/greasing and gives us the temporary solution. This is not the service expected from JAQUAR. VERY POOR AND PATHETIC COMPANY and VERY IRRESPONSIBLE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS AFTER SALES. I WANT THE FLUST COCK TO BE CHANGED AND WANT TO HAVE PERMANENT SOLUTION FOR THIS. I would suggest may friends/relatives and all known persons NOT AT ALL TO GO FOR JAQUAR.
