I booked sleeper coach Volvo multi axel on 29.06.17 from Kolhapur to Mumbai. It was scheduled to reach Dadar by 5.45am. At 5.40 it was at Vashi. Then the bus was taken off the main road near Vashi Railway station. They it halted for half an hour. This was for your transport parcels. It reached Dadar at 6.45am. We book the bus only after verifying the reaching time to our destination as we have our plans accordingly. This bus is for passengers and for courier parcels. The next time the complaint will be forwarded to the ministry level.

I want to tell you, my traveling day was very horrible because your poor service... Actually I m trying to contact with your costomer care but unable to reach you... Behind the Kolhapur near Karad your volvo bus was stuck/not working due to some air bag collapse... The driver arrange the new bus on from Kolhapur but I don't have specific time coz of Ganapati aagaman on that day.... I had paid Rs.2200 for two tickets... around 95km travel expenses I have bared that time from my own pocket
.. so I m requesting you to return me the some amount from my ticket.... I home you guys understand my problem and your market status and reputation too...

I booked konduskar today from Kalyan to kolhapur at 8.45pm at Ramdev hotel. And im in time on hotel at 8.20 im waiting for half and hr but bus is not coming so i called them (9820171466)on this no and they said ur booking is not here then i will tell then sit no and all then they said we r in Dombivali. I said how can u do this to us u should call the passenger but they said u miss the bus we r not refund u r money too... if u want bus then come to Dombivli. I don't understand what kind of behaviour is this.. in future im not booking not single ticket from this konduskar and i will tell my family and friends too tht don't go from this bus... im really very disappointed.. shame on u ..

बस फूल आहे सांगून जास्त पैसे उकळणे बस तर खाली आहे 30 पॅसेंजर आहेत 1 दिवस अगोदर बूकिंग करूनही खोटे बोलून पैसे उकळणे 700 रूपये सांगणे 600 ला बूकिंग करणे मी जवळ जवळ 12 ते 13 वर्षापासून जातोय पण साध्या फसवेगिरी वाढलीय त्यामुळे konduskar ने प्रवास बंद
