My name is riya paliya . v1 batch ghatkoper.i was coming last year for enquiry. bani maam ask you have scolership you will pay only 1 lakh and hospitality and aviation admission will be done. After maam asking you are only hospitality student. I have recording maam what asking me on that day. And maam giving me one paper this course you give frankfinn Institute. I'm Neha Saha, I've done my diploma from Camac Street, Kolkata branch on August and as I'm a aviation student, I've attended one interview of aviation and there I got rejected, and after that no airlines came to the institute except indigo and I'm under my 3 months cooling period so I unable to sit for indigo within this time period so I told them ok then I want to sit for Kolkata's interview and please inform me whenever there's any interview but they didn't contacted me and now they're not responding my calls my messeges and in between I sat for the hotel interview as they're kind of forcing me to sit for it so I've attended and I got selected for Sheraton Hyderabad but the HR of the hotel misbehaved with me and moreover he did unprofessional questions so I informed it to them they didn't take action then I went one day then they saw my messege then I've shown them the texts between the HR and mine they they've told me that they'll contact to the HR but they didn't then I told them that it's ok ma'am I don't want to go there but please inform me for Kolkata's interview but now they're not responding... I'm really very frustrated and I'll not suggest anyone to take admission in this institution as I had to suffer a lot before and still I'm suffering

Respected Sir/mam I want to cancel my addmission in frankfinn institute of airhostess training and I paid 15,000 registration fees. Then I got into financial problem and some personal reasons . I want to cancel my addmission and fees refund. Care@Frankfinn.com.They didn't gave any response for refund fees .I have not attended even a single class, I was registered on 25th September 2023 and my admission was canceled on 27th September 2023 when I did not attend any class. So why didn't refund fees.This money is not free: it is the money of our hard work. I don't know I want my money back..

This is Pooja with registration no. FIVT/HYH/23-24/218 in frankfinn institute of himayatnagar, hyd. It's a very bad experience with the institute where they influence us to join in the institute and they never send out without paying the registration fee . I had paid 6000rs as registration fee and I told remaining I can't pay now because of financial issues then they said ok ..but later on the next day they called me and told to pay remaining 9000rs . They said then only you will get seat in this institute . Frequently they are calling for the money . From that time iam not interested in the institute and I can't pay the overall amount of 1,75,000 for 6 months ..kindly I request the board members please refund my money because it's very important for me to get money back from institution. 6000rs is not an small amount it is the 1month salary of my dad .. So I request you too please refund my money
