Complain regarding the availability of trainer in frankfinn bhopal branch batch 2. by snehil shaji:

I,Snehil Shaji, am a trainee at frankfinn institute of air hostess training,bhopal of batch 2 (18-19).
It's been awhile since our batch is not provided with a trainer for our next module. We are informed that head office has not yet appointed a trainer for the same. And we have been waiting for 3 weeks now. It's not the first time that we are facing this problem previously we waited for a month for a trainer to continue our further module. But it's high time now we are not going to sit ideally as we have already lost much of our precious time. We would like if our complaint is taken seriously and taken action upon as soon as possible or else we would have to fire an FIR against the institute without any doubt. I sincerely request the head office if they are not able to manage their responsibilities then please return our money with interest. Because we are not going to waste the money and time that our parents have worked hard for. Plz reflect on this serious issue which involves lives of many families.

I want to say u that , I submit the fee 15000 in your institute but i did not attend any class in your institute and also I did not issue any types of books and uniform . I cannot understand your institute's nature and also the staff I sincerely request the head office if they are not able to manage their responsibilities then please return our money. I am a frankfinn student. I can't join my classes for medical reasons. I already cleared my fees though they don't give me the certificate. But I got a letter for Galileo exam from head branch of frankfinn they don't allow me to give the exam.

As I paid 15000 for my registration at Frankfinn institute of airhosess training rajouri garden, delhi due to my genuine medical problem I am not able to do it further and ask them for the refund as I don't attend even a single class there, it is being more than a month I don't get any reply from there when I visited the institute I got to know that man was absent after that I called man there and she said that if you have genuine problem you will get the refund but now noone from there answers my masseges and left seen it is very disappointing
The faculty is so bad at this!!!

Dear Sir/Madam
This is to complaint against, my employer, Frankfinn Aviation Services, Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training. After interviewing me at Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess training, Address- 5th FLOOR,TOWER – B, UNITECH– CYBER PARK, SECTOR -39,GURUGRAM, HARYANA. They had sent me the Offer letter on 16th January 2019 and offered me the Job role of “DGM- Corporate Relations and Industry Collaboration.
They told me to join on 1st February 2019. In the offer letter, there was no details mentioned for any Bond, undertaking or cheque to be signed by me On 1st February 2019, I, when I reached there for Joining formalities, they told me to sign a Bond, Undertaking and give them a Cheque of Rs.15lacs. They told that ths all is only a formality which all senior management people have to do at the time of Joining. They forced me to sign the Undertaking and give them a cheque, next day. I was told that If I leave the company before 2 years, they will as per the undertaking then put the cheque in my account. As I had no intentions to leave the company before 2 years, therefore, I gave them the Cheque and the signed Undertaking.
The appointment letter was given to me after 15 days, and after reading the terms in the letter, I was shocked to see that, Either I resign or if they terminate me, I will have to get the cheque clearance. In the very first month only they started treating me as a Bonded Labour, wherein They used to make me travel in the night at 2am and 4pam, which was very dangerous for me, as I am a single mother.
But their attitude kept on getting worse with each month. I want to complaint against them. They told me to work on all 7 days , and when I told them, that I need 1 day off, The HR Ms. Rashmi Singha had sent me a SHOW CAUSE NOTICE on June 8th, 2019 asking the explanation , where in I had sent them the reply and Hr- Rashmi told me to sent them an Unconditional apology, or she will Terminate me. Therefore I had to sent the an Unconditional Apology. I have done so much of Hard work, and brought around 4000 openings for my students in the six months. But on Aug8th they had again sent me a Show Cause Notice for no reason.
Normally when I bring Job openings, if the HR does not have time, they tell me verbally the Number of opening, and I write it down and forward the same to the Placement department. On 8th August, Hr- Rashmi had again sent me a Show Cause notice saying that I have done a fraud by writing the number of openings myself, I was shocked, as this normally happens. They are like this torturing me, and have Terminated me on 16th Aug 2019. Hr told me that, I need to put Rs.15lacs in my account as they cheque will be sent for the clearing. I want to complaint against them, As I have given them ample number of openings, therefore now they have terminated me for wrong reason. So that they can make money. But I do not have so much of money. I am really very stuck. I request you to kindly help me out and work on my complaint.

I want to inform you that I had registered for air hostess course in your institute on the condition that you will refund my fees if loan will not sanctioned on my bank statement by your link with HDFC Bank Moti Nagar,Delhi.The contact person ABDUS SALAM of your south ex branch and got admission on reference of frankfin staff (Simran) contact-7292020078 had promised for refund of fees if loan is not sanctioned and I am not able to get admission on full and final payment because my financial condition is not good that's why I choosen education loan on the above mentioned condition I got admission now I am not eligible by bank so your frankfinn branch is denying for refund.so,it's my humble request to please refund my admission fees I will not continue my study I am telling u I had not taken any single class from your institute yet and your staff have no manners to talk to student he is misbehaving when I put up my issue.

My course is for 6 months.started from April but still not yet finished it's has been 2 months holiday they doesn't provide class on time after finishing the module because of this my parents are so angry on me. Frankfinn said so many things before taking admission . I am totally disappointed sitting at home for 2 months

Thankfully I can say that I'm a student of world's no.1 training institute of air hostess. But sorry to inform you that I'm not satisfy with your services. Understanding the situation we attended so many online sessions and still we're attending this type of sessions.
Hopefully, after one month, we'll complete both our payments and courses but I can't observe any improvement on myself as well as others also. We're dreaming to work in such industry which is totally based on our body languages.Now I'm scared that my dream will be remain the same or I'll achieve my dream. Will Frankfinn help us to fulfill our dream or not? We just need a chance to prove ourselves.
We're frustrated and feeling insecure to our future. Hope you will try to understand your students' emotion and will guide properly with providing our needs through offline classes.
