I left my wallet by mistake today at City Pride Kothrud, Pune. The show was for Ek villan Returns Screen Number 1 and Seat H17, H18. Show timing - 8 pm on 31st July 2022.
Please help me with my wallet as it has my very important documents. I am continuously trying the calling number for City Pride Kothrud but the calls are not getting connected.

Dear team city pride,
Yesterday ie. 13th of April we were in kothrud city pride to see the movie super Mario bro. For 8. 30 show.
In the interval we purchased some food from the food store amount 610. First I paid it through debit card for which showed as failed on your machine... but the amount got debited from my account.. the person on counter said it will be reversed in few minutes so I paid again with gpay.which was the successful one.
But till now the amount is not reversed
