I withdraw rupees 5000 from axis bank ATM... I am a customer of bangiya Garmin Bikash bank. The atm situated in pin no 721632.the cash is debit from bank but I can not got the amount.

Me as a account holder Of BGVB(murshidabad branch) want to register a complaint that, yesterday dated 25/03/2022want to cash Rs. - 1000 /-from my account by atm at gudhia(bank of India, atm) at the time of 7:20 pm. But I didn't receive any amount from there, in the mean time I received a message in my mobile that my account was debited the said amount. So I request you to take a necessary step against my complaint and get back the amount in my account as soon as possible. Thanking you
