New update Call Center No.08910497251 any problems please call me 08910497251. Uco bank customer Care Assistant manager Gunashekar.V an employee of ISI, holding salary account in UCO Bank, kengeri Branch, Bangalore with account no. 0297010007372.
I did a debit card transaction on 11/09/2017 6p.m of Rs.6100. The amount got deducted but the transaction failed.
On 03/10/2017, a transaction of 1500 failed with amount deduction.
I raised complaint to the bank staff but there is no response or action taken neither amount got refunded.
People sitting in UCO Bank in the name of staff are providing worst customer service.
There are lot of issues with loan EMI...

on saturday 20th july i had gone to cesc to pay my bill but rs 6320 was debited from my cc ac no 00310510000090 vide my debit card as it was time out.I am running from pillar to post to get my ac credited but in vain.I would request you to please do the needful at your earliest so taht the money is refunded back to me.
