திருநெல்வேலி சரவணா ஸ்டோர்ஸில் 7.3.21 அன்று நகை எடுத்தோம். ஒரு debit card ல் network problem என்று, வேறு card ல் swipe செய்து எடுத்து கொண்டார்கள். Net work problem என்று தெரிவித்த card லூம் பணம் எடுக்க பட்டு உள்ளது. கடையில் போய் கேட்டதற்கு அலட்சியமாக பதில் அளிக்கிறார்கள்.

Very worst service in the basement, they people don't work their. Simply standing and making customers to wait and not even giving the thi gs which we ask.
Just now I bought some blouse design materials from ur shop, I itself took all the materials which I wanted to buy and I asked for the notting rope 2meters for the blouse but she didn't give me I asked thrice and waited 15mins she didn't give me.
And so I can't able to buy that.
They never do their work and making us to feel no to come to ur shop anymore

Why do home delivery boys expect customers to pay over and above ?
Aren't they paid salary ?
Inspite of refusing, they keep insisting.
That too for delivery of not even 50 metres.
Every time they do expect to pay tips.

I bought some products in 6th floor on 30 12.23 and made payment using debut card but it showed incorrect PIN number and I tried again and it showed same as incorrect PIN number so cashier asked to make cash payment and so I paid cash and collected the products and after few minutes I received message from bank that Rs 376 got debited from Legend Saravana stores and I went back and asked that person about this and he told the same will be credited within few hours but till now the amount not got credited to my account. Please refund the amount. I have the cash receipt and bank statement with me
