Samsung new Fridge replacement due to supplied with door damaged condition by Nagappan:

Good Morning sir.
I purchased a New fridge Samsung FF TR28T31429U/HL through Invoice number 14051170052954 for Rs.27000/- on 10th of Dec 2022, Purchased at Karaikudi Vasanth co, sekkalai road branch. Tamilnadu. ( Branch Manager name is Mr.Prabhu his mobile number is 99401 12574) And asked them to delivery at Chennai they agreed to deliver and delivered it.
Based on that it has been delivered with Door in DAMAGED Condition. Demo also completed and inside saw all the operations after that we have seen the damage in outside door and escalated to the near by Vasanth co at chennai and where we purchsed Karaikudi branch Manager Mr.Prabhu by sending damaged condition photos to him before 10 days . He also agreed for replacement either through Samsung or from Vasanth &CO with new door replacement.
After 10 days nothing is happening. We were bought and not able to use the Fridge for past 20 days. Which is very unfortunate. Because I bought this and gave it as GIFT. Still there is no proper answer for the replacement date from Karaikudi branch.
Such a very big and good reputed organisation of Vasanth & CO it is happening is a surprise for me. Also pls note that my relatives and including me are the regular customer of Vasanth.
Pls help me to complete this replacement immediately. Thanks in advance. Contact number given in bills is 95662 59756

Dear Vijay Vasanth Sir,
I bought a Whirlpool Double Door fridge 20 days ago in VALLIYUR branch Tirunelveli district.
It got repaired last 6 days i got upset because fridge was repaired within 20 days of purchase , So I spoke to Manager Mr.RAJESH and Whirlpool promoter Mr. BALA , ASSISTANT MANAGER MR. JOHNSON & MR. KARTHICK , at valliyur branch, to give me new Fridge they didn't give me ANY RESPONSE.
So I humbly request you to give me a new Fridge and also I bought not only the Fridge but TV washing machine and many other items and I am enclosing the total purchase bills thank you sir
