I am Rajesh Bhakat from West Bengal Burdwan I have purchased some T shirts but 4 out them have some size issues so I went to the branch in Burdwan but in the fist day when I went there it was evening so they didn't allow me to enter and told me that u have to come at 11 am to 4 pm beacuse of lock down in our city I went there after 2 days on Sunday as the exact time when they told me to come but then they said there is no rule to exchange on Sunday but it was not mentioned on the bill then they misbehaved with me and they had some ugly conversation with me and they told that we can't help u anymore and they ignored me so please help me in that situation other wise I have to take some further action
