Sir, I am your customer ever since your V Mart is open in Bokaro, I am sorry because on 21/12/2021 I bought goods worth Rs 2433 from your mart, out of which Ladies Jacket has to be replaced due to the size of your store. But had to go there I was told that the time of exchange is from 9 o'clock to evening only, the board on which it is written is not written on your billing counter. At your store I was subjected to a lot of humiliation by your manager due to which I was humiliated very much in front of my family and other customers. I know this message of mine will not make any difference to you guys. I am doing this message only to tell you that I will take along with me the abuse and humiliation done by your manager to the court.

I bought some clothes and belts and brought them home. In which any item purchased by me was not checked in any way by any of your employees. When I come home and open the packing made by your vmart to use my goods, I find that my belt comes out from it broken. And at the same time I will inform your employees about this whole incident by pohonching on your vmart vikasnagar rasulpur. Your employee misleads me by not talking to me properly. And saying that I have broken that belt myself, I am sent back. I request you to solve my problem otherwise I will be forced to take legal action. Thank you.

Dear Vmart Mall Team,
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my visit to Vmart Mall in Kolkata yesterday.
I made several purchases, and at the cash counter, the In-charge informed me about a promotion of "buy 1 son papri, get 1 free." Initially, he instructed someone to bring the additional free son papri. Unfortunately, due to a brief distraction, I left the counter without receiving the second item.
Upon realizing my oversight at the exit, I approached the security guard, explaining the situation. Despite my efforts and multiple requests to both the guard and the In-charge, I faced a regrettable and embarrassing situation.
As a visitor from Bangladesh, I have great affection for Kolkata, often considering it our "praner Sohor." I chose Kolkata for its warmth and familiarity, even though there is no direct air service to Dhaka. This incident has left me deeply disappointed in the service and the uncooperative attitude displayed by your security guard.
I have traveled extensively, attending events like MOTOGP in Delhi and exploring places like Kashmir. However, this experience has tarnished the positive impression I had of Vmart Mall and Kolkata. I believe that customer service is crucial in maintaining a positive relationship with patrons, and unfortunately, this incident fell short of expectations.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider measures to enhance customer satisfaction and the training of your staff. I trust that you will investigate this matter and take appropriate actions to prevent such incidents in the future.
