I HAVE PURCHASED A SHOE AND IT IS RETURNED ALSO DUE TO MODEL AND COLOUR WAS NOT SAME WHICH WAS I ORDERED. FURTHER IT IS INTIMATE THAT WHY MY MONEY IS CREDITED IN FYND ACCOUNT WITH VALIDITY. WHY NOT CREDITED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. WHY MY MONEY IS WITH LIMITED VALIDITY. AND PREVIOUS THREE TO FOUR DAYS I HAVE A CHAT WITH FYND AND STILL THERE IS NO REPLY FROM YOUR SIDE. ALSO MENTIONED THAT YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDE TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION FACILITY.
IN VIEW OF THE ABOVE NOW I HAVE REQUESTED THAT PLZ RETURNED MY MONEY TO MY BANK ACCOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. AND PLZ REPLY OF MY MAIL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND I AM WAITING FOR ONLY TWO DAYS FOR ABOVE SAID. AFTER THAT I AM GOING TO ON LINE CONSUMERS FORUM .

I got the products which I ordered but the list is still in Bag, not in My order and I got some damaged products I tried for a week while chatting with you guys but nothing came out. The last option I have is to fill a complain in consumer court.

The app you developed is sucks and the contact number is not at all working so please take care of it and I need your dam assistance for the damaged products I got to Return / Exchange the app not showing products which i give order in My order. So try to resolve the issue as soon as possible or else you have to face the serious consequences.

HI the above number of FYND is not serviceable, they are available only on chat, when i had a chat with FYND customer care they are least bothered to respond, when i have sent an email they created a ticket, and the agent will respond to my ticket within 24-48 hours, bulshit service, and the FYND App has some technical issue once you place the order and you are unable to review your order.
