    Hi sir
    I HAVE PURCHASED A SHOE AND IT IS RETURNED ALSO DUE TO MODEL AND COLOUR WAS NOT SAME WHICH WAS I ORDERED. FURTHER IT IS INTIMATE THAT WHY MY MONEY IS CREDITED IN FYND ACCOUNT WITH VALIDITY. WHY NOT CREDITED TO MY BANK ACCOUNT. WHY MY MONEY IS WITH LIMITED VALIDITY. AND PREVIOUS THREE TO FOUR DAYS I HAVE A CHAT WITH FYND AND STILL THERE IS NO REPLY FROM YOUR SIDE. ALSO MENTIONED THAT YOU HAVE NOT PROVIDE TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION FACILITY.
    IN VIEW OF THE ABOVE NOW I HAVE REQUESTED THAT PLZ RETURNED MY MONEY TO MY BANK ACCOUNT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. AND PLZ REPLY OF MY MAIL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND I AM WAITING FOR ONLY TWO DAYS FOR ABOVE SAID. AFTER THAT I AM GOING TO ON LINE CONSUMERS FORUM .
