UTS App Complaint & Customer Care Number


UTS on mobile app is an Indian Railways official android mobile ticketing app to book unreserved train tickets.


Paperless ticket has been enabled in entire Chennai suburban section entire Mumbai suburban section and New Delhi–Palwal section in continuation of Paperless ticket now Season and Platform Tickets are introduced. In addition to that now ‘Change Handset’ feature is introduced which is used to Change passenger old handset to new one and active Season Ticket will transferred from old handset to new one.

    I tried to book a seasion ticket through UTS app at 5th OCT 2019, but ticket is not booked....but the money is deducted through my credit card bank account two times.
    RS 406 is deducted two times.

    Kindly look in this matter and refund the money ASAP.

    For you kind information .yesterday I have upload money(612Rs) from credit card to Rwallet , the money was not credit Rwallet,but money was debited from my account . again today evening I was upload 102 rs from my credit card account again money was debited
    Note:still amount 612rs and 102rs was not credit in RWallet and my credit card account

    I have a season ticket which will expire by mid of November. Somehow my mobile was damaged and unable to charge it and hence I had to brought a new one. But I am unable to move the old ticket to a new mobile. Because of that, I have to again buy the ticket.I had lost my amount.

    I asked for ticket of sangam express from skb jn to meerut city jn he gave me ticket via gjb route. He asked for extra money. I told him about this he forcelly gave this and his behavior is not good.

    I have an active 1st class pass but not able to use it because after re-installing the UTS app not able to login it.
    It is giving error as “Please login using registered handset or give handset change request from www.utsonmobile.indianrail.gov.in” however I have not changed my handset.

    I had bought a monthly pass on 04th April, which i misplaced at home, i inquired at virar ticket counter whether i can ask for duplicate , they denied ,later i bought monthly pass again through UTS application on 11th april,Now i found my old pass & looking for cancellation of new pass which i bought from UTS application,again i went to UTS window @ virar counter they again denied me , they said it can not be cancelled, i wonder neither you can issue me a duplicate pass which i misplace nor you can cancel my UTS pass.
    I request you to cancel my UTS pass & refund my money
