Sir,
I gave my mobile, Model A5,to Samsung Service Centre in Vijayawada bearing ORDER NO.4226210788 on 21-11-2016 due to display problem in the handset.
When i gave the handset, they informed me that I will get my handset within 10 days. After the said period of 10 days they informed me to wait for more 7 days.
Again after waiting for 7 days, now they have asked me to wait for more 10 days.
I want to know that is this how "SAMSUNG" provides its services to the Customers. Sorry to say this but this is the worst kind of service been provided by the most popular brand "Samsung"
I'm facing a lot of difficulties because of the delay in the service caused by the service centre.
I hope that Samsung will take a note of my Complaint and help me get back the handset as early as possible(most urgently).
