Fraud Transaction by a staff of samsung service center by Jabez Simham:

Hi,
This is Jabez working in a Govt org at Gudivada, Krishna District, Andhra Pradesh.
I gave my samsung mobile GT - S7582 for servicing in samsung authorized service center at Gudivada in 2015.
And I got solution also. During the service, I used to talk with an employee in the center called SARADHI.
In 2017, I wished to purchase a new samung (J7 Prime); To know its cost, I called Saradhi for enquiry.
He replied me to inform later. After that I forgot about it and not purchased any piece.
On 16th January '17, He called me over phone to have a beautifuk ofer given by the samsung company itself
that 80% will be given as discount on the price (only to the samsung employees). So select ur model, I will serve u
through my id. Then I believed and select Samsung S7 edge for Rs. 8000/- (after discount - as he said).
And immediately he asked me to pay Rs. 3500/- on first phase and the balance at the time of delivery.
I paid (transfer by my SBI a/c no. 30088120084) Rs. 3500/- (with IMPS Ref. No. MO28159020) on 16th JAN '17
to the SBI account given by him though whatsapp chat...
bearing no. 20055050550 named G. Chandra Mouli, (IFSC Code: SBIN0007315).
And again he called on 01st FEB '17, asked to pay Rs. 3000/- for early delivery with the information that
our product is finalised and going to be delivered soon.
So I again believed him and paid/ tansferred Rs. 3000/- to the same account (Ref No. IHD1114067) on 01st FEB '17.
Totally I paid/ transferred him Rs. 6500/-. He is not replying me correctly and telling all the cock & bull stories.
So I lost my amount and not got mobile.
Ultimately I was deceived by a employee of satandard samsung authorized servicing center.
Now SARADHI is working in NUZVIDU service center. He deceived me under the name of
reliable samsung company.
Plz consider my appeal and enable me to have my amount at the earliest. Otherwise guide me to solve this issue.
