TAB given for repair by V.L. Davis:

I submitted a TAB which is under warranty on 27.08.2016. they sugested it will take 3 or 4 days after which i called and was told that a part is ordered yet to come. now it is already 2 weeks are over. i have not received any call so far. since this morning i was trying to call on the provided number - 24033365- but none is picking up the phone. the biggest problem is to contact the service centre. none is bothered to pick up the call when the customer calls.

I had been to authorises Samsung service centre at sion as my Samsung JUST 7PRO mob display has gone. To my surprise they said to come and stand in queue from 7 am onwards and take a token (ltd to 60 tokens a day) and the centre itself opens atv10.30 to 11 am. Horrible ... I am a central government employee who has to go to office in between and rest of the tym I need to work from home....
How do they expect us to do this... you don't they give token numbers online to avoid the heavy rush from 7 am onwards.. that too during this pandemic... I tried to make them understand but in vain..
Kindlyadvise me how do I get my phone repaired at the earliest...

My no. 9930878463 is not working from yesterday morning, whenever I enter my phone with the pin code it says "Incorrect pin code entered"
Please help me how to solve this problem.
