Complaint TAB given for repair

    I submitted a TAB which is under warranty on 27.08.2016. they sugested it will take 3 or 4 days after which i called and was told that a part is ordered yet to come. now it is already 2 weeks are over. i have not received any call so far. since this morning i was trying to call on the provided number - 24033365- but none is picking up the phone. the biggest problem is to contact the service centre. none is bothered to pick up the call when the customer calls.
