After spending lot of time waiting for my turn at Samsung service center- marathahalli , I showed my Galaxy Tab2 and they said they need to open it and check and will call back. After repeated follow-up , they called me after 3 days and mentioned that they need to replace either LCD or a internal IC. I don't understand the logic either this or that. As LCD display got no issues , i asked them to replace IC as its costing less (Rs.3500). Its 7 days passed , every day i call them and they say the spare part yet to arrive and will update you today. Days are passing but nothing is happening. This is kind of service is not expected from one of the leading brands like Samsung. Bit of professionalism expected.
Not a good experience.

Hi screen of my samsung note 5100 cracked and I need to repair it How much will it cost . There is no problem in functionality of phone.
No clarity on diagnose the problem taken too much time finally said Mother board problem by tauseef khan:

No clarity on diagnose the problem of my samsung galaxy tab2 taken too much time after many follow up given reason engineers are on leave.and finally manager said on third follow up Mother board problem is in my tab need to replace with new one, cost is around 8000 rs. I told to buggers manager make it 2000 and fix it if possible take ue time.he told me finally we cannot go less than 5k .again i told to manager better to keep it with u and think and let me know I will also replan and thought about mother board replacement.I took my tab 2 back and given outside mobile shop the guy he fixed the problem within two days and charges 650 only I given 1000 as gift to mobile repair guy. Finally my concern all engineers working in service centre are useless dont have knowledge of even not able to find out and diagnose the problem better shut down service centre , after this incident I am going to take action going to spread awarenss to people on social media and on other . You guys cheating other wasting time.
