Dear Sir,
I bought a microwave oven CE73JD-B/XTL-MWO Serial No. J6R87WEF701972 on 3rd October (7:40PM) from AEROVISION KKR, and after returning to home, i found that there were dents on top of it. i informed in showroom about this topic just after one hour of purchase(around 8:45), and next day i returned the piece at showroom and they assured me for repair/replacement, but till now i haven't got any positive feedback, please help.

I hv bought a samsung galaxy in oct 16 and it has warranty for its accessories for 06 month. My mobiles data cable stopped charging my mobile. I went to samsung service centre to get it repair or replace. But they simply told that the cable is liquid damaged and asked me to buy a new cable. There were no liquid damage at all but this was their favourite dailogue which they were telling to most of the custmore. No customer has that much time to spend idly at ur centre. Tiday i realised that samsung is cheating its customer. I request all the people not to buy samsung atleast in kurukshetra area as it has no service centre only profit centre here.
