I bought a fully automatic washing machine from Samsung dealer Garg motor Yamuna Nagar.macchin got some problem problem.icomplaint so many times customer care.care center sent a mechanic .he take visiting charge and take away demage part.after few day he came back after repeating so many request on telephonic he said this part cannot repair buy new .i told him please arrange i will pay.now he is saying this part is not available in Samsung company.iam not satisfied this answer.please send another mechanic and repair my Washing machine.
