respected sir ..i have a grand 2 mobile ,but a spot appeared in the center of display.Regarding this problem ihave already takled with custmer care on dated 23 october 2104 and went on barnala custmer care center on 25/10/2104.they said me that you will come on monday because today is not available tape in the center that will be used under the display.but today they donot recieve even my phone.But i do sir.,,

I hv placed order of change my Samsung G360 motherboard after the thoroughly inspection by smart Infotech,Barnala,Punjab. On Tuesday,15Jan,2019, it is committed to be changed but still there is no initiative to change the mother board. Instead they are delaying unnecessarily. As I'm a student of Class 12, it is very important to repair my phone immediately and also need to save my valuable time.pls look into the matter as early as possible.
