When I make a call through Whatsapp, the person on other end is not able to hear my voice though I am able to hear his/her voice. On a normal call, there is no such problem. I approached the local Samsung Service Centre in Panchkula who were very unco-opertive. Initially the person tried to put off me by saying that this problem is because of the Airtel simcard and not related to Samsung. Upon my insistence, he checked it with other simcard and the problem persisted. Thereafter he got it checked from the workshop & informed that the speaker is out of order. When I asked him to get it replaced then he replied that there is a risk that while replacing the defective speaker, the phone may become dead. But still my asking for replacing the speaker, he came with other excuse that the speaker is not available with the company so it can't be repaired. Such a sorry state of affairs and poor service by world renowned company. Can I have some solution to my problem?
