Dear team,
Kindly note that yesterday, 15th Nov 2017 I had booked Uber hire, driver's name being Mr. Rajesh. Total trip time being 1hour 39 mnts. However during the hired period, the driver kept on calling me and asked me to cancel the trip as he was getting other pick ups. After the trip ended, I was charged a surcharge and instead of paying INR 749 , I had to pay INR 818.90. After following up with Uber team , they refused to refund the excess amount charged. I requested them to provide any higher officials email id, that was also denied and I was indirectly told that me booking Uberhire was a mistake of mine.
If my excess amount is not refunded, I am definitely going to take legal steps.

Your drivers said me to cancel the ride and you credited the cancellation fee in my account it's not like professional to behave like that you should take action against your driver and look into the matter seriously I have written you many times but you have deaf ears to hear the greivences of the customers as I can see other customers are suffering from the same thing

I booked uber today around 3 at vikasnagar...n when it was about some mins distance it was cancelled by the driver itself....n fare is shown 52rs....so why i will pay if the driver has cancelled it by himself??
