    Dear Team,

    I would like to let you know the customer service you people are providing is very pathetic. I am in continuous touch with Mr. Sagar Kumar Bhandari for my Goa Trip on Dec 23, 2017. He had asked for the money for Air Ticket and never turned up to provide the details. Everytime we used to get new excuses from him. And one fine day he told me that he is unable to do the booking. If that was the case why it was not informed earlier and why after 10 days. And when I asked for the money which I had provided for ticket he is not in the condition to return the same. Since for the last 5 days he is coming up with new excuses. I want to convey this as I am not in the mood to continue my membership anymore and want my refund. You either provide the same or I do have the other way to sort it out. I will go for the legal support if the same is not been sorted out from your side.

    Refer your email . In this connection I would draw your attention to my earlier mails and
    correspondences & telephonic conversations with your customer support. I would like to inform you that
    you have failed to provide me booking whenever and wherever I requested you all for it. Hence when you
    are not able to provide me bookings when I require them , your asking me for the charges is not
    understood. In view of this my I request you repay back My Amount of Rs 60000/- with interest
    immediately.

    Jiva,
    I will feel anger On jiva. Because i have a problem of sciatica. Hear from people and watching so many advertisement i approch to jiva clinic in faridabad. Doctor suggested me for the panchkarma.Doctor give me full faith About my problem.I take full treatment of panchkarma of 12 days.
    I spend ₹42,000 and take medicines whose cost ₹5000 Doctor suggest me exercise which i do daily.But after the treatment i dont get any relief from this problem. After this tratment the pain was starting in my knees. I cant expect this from Jiva.Kindly hear my voice then i will approch to higher authorities.This is very costly clinic
