    Dear Team,

    I would like to let you know the customer service you people are providing is very pathetic. I am in continuous touch with Mr. Sagar Kumar Bhandari for my Goa Trip on Dec 23, 2017. He had asked for the money for Air Ticket and never turned up to provide the details. Everytime we used to get new excuses from him. And one fine day he told me that he is unable to do the booking. If that was the case why it was not informed earlier and why after 10 days. And when I asked for the money which I had provided for ticket he is not in the condition to return the same. Since for the last 5 days he is coming up with new excuses. I want to convey this as I am not in the mood to continue my membership anymore and want my refund. You either provide the same or I do have the other way to sort it out. I will go for the legal support if the same is not been sorted out from your side.
