    Refer your email . In this connection I would draw your attention to my earlier mails and
    correspondences & telephonic conversations with your customer support. I would like to inform you that
    you have failed to provide me booking whenever and wherever I requested you all for it. Hence when you
    are not able to provide me bookings when I require them , your asking me for the charges is not
    understood. In view of this my I request you repay back My Amount of Rs 60000/- with interest
    immediately.
