    Namaskar, I am Swati Bhoge work as an Officer in Allahabad Bank at Focal Point branch Ludhiana,Punjab.I joined the bank on 01-07-2014. Basically I belong to Maharashtra. I have been living here alone last for 3 years. My father was in Bharat petroleum.Now he is retired and has been shifted to Nanded alongwith family.We are 4 sister. My eldest sister is divorcee and she has an 7 yrs old daughter.My elder sister has been eloped with some boy which brought a malign image to our family.My mother has been suffering from some an incurable disease last for 7-8 yrs.I am an only earning member in my family and also to take care of my old ailing parents.Sir I have been trying my level best for my transfer to Maharashtra but my all efforts are in vain.Head office does not approve my transfer request.I am 27 yrs old girl and my parents want me to get married in Maharashtra.Sir please I plead you with folded hands to transfer me at my native place in Maharashtra.

    Dear All,

    I would like to bring to your kind notice about the fraud which is prevailing in your Area ,KirtiNagar, New Delhi.

    There is a company which is doing and have done frauds with innocent people of India and abroad.They are spoiling the name of India.They are cheating people by telling that they will provide jobs but actually they don't do any such things.They frequently change their name .

    Earlier they run this Company with the name of nownaukri.com, then quickjobs.com and then Jobishh.com and now xellserv.com

    If you check the website of these companies they all have thousands of complaints. All these companies are run by Akash Athare. He is the Director of these Companies and has made a big team of people whose only job is to do fraud with people of India and abroad.

    It is not only earning a bad name to our country INDIA but hampering the reputation of the country abroad.

    I know this very well as I was working with this company(Jobishh.com) for about two months and as soon as I realized that they are just doing fraud and cheating people. I left the same organisation.

    I joined this organization on 16th May 2017 and left on 25th July 2017. I have got the salary till June'2017 but they have not paid me the salary of July 2017. Since then I am following with them for my full and final settlement but they have not paid me anything.. Also they have deducted Rs 2000/- every month telling me that it is my PF amount which I will get in future but to my surprise they have not even provided me my PF number even asking again and again.

    Also after many calls and follow up they have given me a cheque of Rs 15258/- of Indusind Bank dated 26.12.2017 which got bounced .Also Rs 196/- got deducted from my Vijaya Bank Account against cheque bounce payment charges where I was nowhere at fault.

    I would request Govt. of India to take strict action against such fraud people which is not only cheating people but also bringing a very bad name to our country INDIA all over the world.

    Also help me out regarding my Full and Final settlement.

    I would like to know if Govt allowed Insurance Company to issue Group Health Insurance for a period of eleven months as against full premium of twelve months , if allowed in my view it amounts to exploitation by the Insurance Co on the policy holders/insured . Hope you will clarify my doubts at the earliest .I am a retired person.

    While in online transactions sometimes the transactions is not successful then the debited amount from our bank or credit card will be refunded within three days . for example railways refunding within three days . But some merchants are not refunding even several reminders they are saying the refund will happen after 45 days .
    Can you please take action on the above merchants ? or we should suffer ?
    Then the digital India concepts will be failed like these merchants and institutions( Unsuccessful exam fees are not refunding at once )

    मोदीजी नमस्कार, मै एक छोटा व्यापारी हु मैंने gst no लिया हुआ है.हम कम्पोजीशन स्कीम के अंतर्गत पंजीकृत है.हमारे यहाँ पर कुछ लोग आते है और कहते है की आप हमें अलग से gst लगाकर बिल बना दीजिये तब हम कहते है की हम कम्पोजीशन के अंतर्गत आने की वजह से अलग से gst नहीं ले सकते है.तब वोह ग्राहक हमारा चला जाता है.तब एक बार एक व्यक्ति से मैंने पुचा की आप लोग यदि अपने इस्तमाल के लिए सामान ले रहे है तो आपको क्यों अलग से gst लगाया हुआ बिल चाहिए.तब उन्होंने मुजे जो बताया उससे मुजे ऐसा लगा की ये बाते सर्कार को बतानी पड़ेगी क्योंकि इस से सर्कार का नुकसान हो रहा है.और सबसे बड़ी बात की छोटे व्यापारी बिचारे बिना धंधे के मर जायेंगे.मुजे आप पर पूरा भरोसा है की आप इसका निराकरण लोओगे और छोटे व्यापारी की मदद करोगे.अब मेरी समज के हिसाब से इसमें सर्कार का कितना नुकसान होता है मै आपको बताता हु.मेरी गलती हो तो माफ़ करियेगा. यदि किसी ने अपनी गाडी के लिए रिटेल दुकान से टायर ख़रीदा जिसकी कीमत ४००० रुपये है.जिस दुकान से टायर ख़रीदा उस दुकानदार को वह टायर कंपनी से ३५०० में मिला है.तो कंपनी ने वोह टायर का gst सरकारको ७६५.६३ दिया होगा.अब होता यह है की जो ग्राहक है वो अपनी गाडी के लिए टायर लेता है और बिल में अपना gst no डलवाता है की जिससे उसे gst क्रेडिट मिल जाए तब उसे gst ८७५.०० gst क्रेडिट मिलाती है.इसका मतलब उसे १०९.३७ ज्यादा मिलाता है.इसका मतलब हुआ की सरकार का १०९.३७ का नुकसान.और वोह टायर के जो बिक चूका है और इस्तमाल हो रहा है उसका कोई भी gst सर्कार को नहीं मिला.तो कया वोह गरीब आदमी की जिसके पास gst no नहीं है वही सिर्फ gst भरे.और gst no वाले मौज उडाये .इन्साफ करिए साहब. बहुत बड़ा घपला CA लोग कर रहे है.और आपकी मेहनत पर पानी फेर रहे
