complain for internet not workin from last 2 days till no any solution given by airlink company this is not first time before 2 month ago interent was not working for 2.5 month many time i compalined aftter 2.5 month solution given and this 2.5 month internet plan is alos not extended

Customer Executive and all Engineer are non educated. Also staff are totally nonsense.

They don’t give proper response to customers and keep the phone without giving proper amswer to customer after all we had paid for all ur services so u talk amd give services like this so please improve ur service and make sure the worst customer care callers you have in your company till yet i have taled with

Me Saturday se Air Link customer care number par phone kar raha hun koi nahi pic kar raha.
One month se me internet service se pareshaan hun, 2minute ke liye single aate hain aur gayab ho jate hain.
