WORST NET PROVIDER by SURAJ SINGH:

AIRLINK IS ONE OF THE WORST NET PROVIDER IN INDIA.THEIR CUSTOMER CARE WILL NOT TAKE YOUR CALL AND IF THEY DO THEY WILL HANG UP THE CALL WITHOUT EVEN LISTENING OUR PROBLEM.THIS HAPPEN EVERY TIME WHEN I AM CALLING THEM.FROM LAST ONE AND HALF MONTH THEIR NET IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY,REGARDING THIS I CALLED THEM MINIMUM 7 TO 8 TIME IN A MONTH THEN ALSO THEY ARE NOT SOLVING THE PROBLEM.

The customer care service is not at all good. The employees working there are really irresponsible and rude. They do not answer to are queries properly and bluntly end the call. This has happened many times. If this type of response continues again then we will have to drop your service.
Not acceptable and very much disappointed by your services.

I have been trying to get my problem resolved from the past 10 days but i dont even know whether your customer care is interested in writing down the issue. Either they dont pick the call or if they do, they drop the call in between, they are rude and ill-mannered. I again made a complaint yesterday stating that it is very urgent for me to get the internet started, but there is nobody here to look after the issue. Today, i have been calling your customer care for the past 2 hours but nobody is picking up, it keeps disconnecting. Either, you send someone today and get my problem solved or i want a refund of my money. I am facing a lot of issues.
