Mene date 04-3-2018 ko mobile.no9589446214 ko2-54pm ko149rs se recharge karbaya hai lekin me sath dhoka huya 28gbaur 28 day tack time ke is than per 21day talk time and.1gb data only it is very unresponsbilti by survive provider for customer we hope airtel remove this problem in 3 days and follow the trai laws

दिनांक 16 अगस्त 2018 को भूलवश मेरा मोबाइल नम्बर 9179259287 दो बार रिचार्ज हो गया( प्रथम बार रूपये 399/- एवं दुबारा रूपये 448/- से) ! जिसकी अवधि 82 दिवस अर्थात 05 नवंबर 2018 तक है जो कि रुपये 448/- वाले रिचार्ज की है । कस्टमर केयर में बात करने पर गैरजिम्मेदारी एवं अशिष्टतापूर्वक बात करते हुए बताया गया कि रुपये 399/- का अतिरिक्त भुगतान डेटा की क्षमता बढ़ाकर समायोजित कर लिया गया है। यह मुझसे पूछे बिना किया गया है। अतः या तो उक्त राशि मुझे वापस की जाय अथवा काल की अवधि बढ़ाई जाय। अन्यथा मज़बूरन मुझे ट्राई और अन्य वैधानिक शरण मे जाना पड़ेगा।

My current bill outstanding was Rs 253/on my airtel app I deposited 200 Rs yesterday on20/10/18 now my current out standing is 51 Rs with no services from your end. By doing so you are forcing me to port all my four no. I am currently using.
