On 11th April a closure application with MNP was given. An advance payment has been made against closure.
Was told that within 7 days my number will be inactivated and passed to JIO my new operator. But till date it has not been inactivated.
I am a Sr. Citizen. Please stop harassing me.
please act immediately to MNP my number from Reliance to JIO and do needful.

My prepaid Mobile no. is 9327470476 and operating in
Ahmedabad,Gujarat. I have received SMS from RCOM informing that voice
services r going to stop from 29/09/2017 in Gujarat & instructed to PORT Mob.no.
Therefore,I want to port my mob.no. and I have sent sms to get UPC. But not
getting UPC since last 1 week. I have sent sms to 1900 on 19/09, 22/09,23/09, &
today 25/09/17 but all efforts are failed and NOT RECEIVED UPC.
Therefore, Please LOOK INTO THE MATTER. AND DO THE NEEDFUL AT
EARLIEST.
