Dear Team - FYI vague issue with my airtel postpaid number suddenly my mobile number (9841200765 - postpaid ) changed to prepaid with a number - 7358053430. Balance is 0.00 so unable to make outbound call . Unable to connect with cust care person on . 121 and 198.
I paid full amount and balance for my postpaid is nil. Why did my postpaid number converted to prepaid with a different number . Worst service need help on priority .

After several mails /calls/ visit to airtell showroom still my below issue is not solved.
when people try to reach me they mostly get call is being forwarded to other no, I havnt set any no .But I can see some other no.
1.when i approached customer care they asked to change SIM/Change MObile.
2.when I aproached airtell showroom they said few people has this problem they gave some code to dial aprx # 002# i did but still people getting same msg.
3. when i tried to erase the No in call forward settings it shows
"your operator doesnt support the decativation of call forwarding when your call cannot connected"

I had been using Airtel prepaid number 9840998708 for the last 7-8 years. However after 12 th March 2018, the number ceased to work. On visit to customer service, it was informed that the number is invalid.

Dear Sir, Good morning.My mobile number is 9843427613. Yesterday i am missing my mobile. I try to customer care number 121 & 198 repeatedly from 10.00pm to 12.00Am and 6.30am to 8.00am. But customer care line not connected. IVR Connect up to connect customer care but customer care not connected.
How can we approach emergency service.All bank detail, Credit card detail available in my hand set. Anything can do with active sim card with OTP option. Yesterday night i cont slip.
If any loss happen related to my bank account, Credit card Air tel only responsible.

Rs.150 deducted from my main balance towards WHATSMOB service which i have not opted for. without my permission and without any intimation and Airtel has debited the amt from my main balance and when i tried to call the customer care i'm unable to reach the executive. Very frustrating one

I m BALASUNDARESWARAN. I have prepaid airtel number 9688724090 in my name. I want to change my name to my wife name. Today I went to express avenue airtel showroom. Airtel CRO & airtel store manager said they won't do for recreation & Go to other network. Very very poor services. I never expert such a worst experience from airtel. Here after I never use airtel. I m going to change Vodafone. I never recommend the airtel to anyone.

Pl refer to my complaint number 20724395040 and my mail to the Nodel officer on 24th July 2018.
Pl. arrange to redress the grievence early by reimbursing the lost amount and confirm such similar situation will not occur in future as I am afraid that my future relcharge might also get lost like the current one.
There is misappropriation of my account and kindly get it rectified.
In case the matter could not be resolved at your level pl inform me the address and the telephone number of your next higher authority, so lthat the matter may be got settled at that level.

I used micromax mobile & i used 2 airtel sims.
Today i see my sim balance, it's deducted rs50.25.
I contact to customer service, they told me "6th september 2018 you call 9994510469 & speak 41mins54sec.
That is my sim2 no.
Tell me sir. How i call sim1 to sim2.
And how i speak 41mins and 54sec .
I changed my 9884464709 vodafone to airtel. But still now i feel why change & choose this network.
I am really cannot understand how your officers told that fake call detail.
At the same your side senior officer told me "we have record your call detail. So we cannot refund this amount".
I cannot understand i don't speak. Then how have you record that call detail. This is cheating.
Still now i confirmed, airtel is one the cheating concirn. So our friends relations also change our network airtel to another network.
