Pichale 2 years se mai lagbhag 200 time Customer care ko apna problem. Bata chuka hu.patAa nahi kitni baar complain kar chuka hu but aajtak aapke dwara koi v response nahi hai. Na tho hamare net chalata hai na hi baat kar sakta hu. Tho ye hindi ka fastest network ka kya karu. Har mahine bill tho aap jabran wasul leta ho. Last company hai ye ab mai legal mai jj raha hu. Aap sirf acha ad dikha sakte ho.

My mob. no. is 8092220755.i have recharged for data service for Rs. 45/- and Rs 110/-for talk time on 10th September 2018. When I used data service the teriif is deducted from my main balance. Every time when I used data service tariff was deducted from main balance. Kindly see the matter.

Dear Airtel Team,
As i'm using Airtel prepaid Sim Card +919931450100 from past 12 Years. From last 2 months , I am getting voice signal issue inside my Home and my office location at Benta Laheriasarai. I have already complained several times to your customer care and local team Darbhanga Bihar. Every time they had given me certain time to resolve it, but still there is no change in service. Now I am requesting you at last time to resolve it ASAP , Otherwise I have to change or port my sim to another service provider.

My name is Rajiv Ranjan, My mobile No-9334979777, i want to convert my 2G Airtel Sim to 4G , When i was go to Saharsa Super Bazar Mini Store and other retail shop they were (Super Market mini Store) told me that you have to come after diwali and after 10 days and than after 15 days, they are harashing me, and retailer are told me you have to pay 150 rs or 100rs to convert you sim in 4G
when i talk to your customer executive (JYOTIKA)they are not giving me reference no. or complain no. and She is Cut my call when i give me complain no. she has too much bad behaviour.
IF my problem will not solve than i will PORT my no. in other service Provider.
