Yet the issue is not settled and I'm now not satisfied with your service because you are just making fraud to the costomer...

Dear/sir, I want to draw your attention towards no supply of biometric scanner for fingerprint as for sim activation as well as reverification.since last 8 to 10 months repeatedly I am asking TM for the same.in the mean time my hawker supply one used scanner ,it was giving always problem,so I returned,now he supplied one new biometric and asking to pay Rs 1500.iam thinking that it is from the Airtel company, so you please check that actually it is provided by the company or he managed from where else.Reailer name Gulam Sarwar Alam,Dumka,Jharkhand.

Airtel company se mai bahut Dino se jura hoo mujhe eska servies bahut aachha laga lekin ab lagta hai airtel ki income kam ho gaya hai Jo costumer ke paisa bar bar kat Liya ja raha hai kisi kisi service ke naam pe aur costumer care se bat karne ke liye bahut samay dena par raha hai aur uska bhi charge le rahi hai, Jay ho airtel lootate raho hamlog to murkh hai na, mera 120 aur 35 rupya uda diya sab aaplogo ke hath me hai, mujhe aapke answer ka intjar rahega please aap hamari bato ko upar ke officer tak pahuchaye?

Sir hamare yahan net bahut hi slow chalti hain 3G speeds 5 se 12kbps hi speed deti hain or 4G speed 15 se 30kbps deti hain. Agar yahi speed chalegi or thik nahi kar sakte ho to ap apni company ko band kar dijiye qki hamare jaise public ka money west ho raha hain. Or hamare yaha 10 month se ye problem hain or kitni bar complain bhi kar chuke hain phir bhi solution nahi hua.
