We called 6 times to your LG Service call centre and registered our complaint about our LG washing machine and everytime u neglected it. Its an urgent and we are not able to use the product. Please take the required action as soon as possible.

I want to know the current status of my complaint number 170418273834 dated 18/04/2017. I have paid an AMC amount of ₹10430 valid till March 2018. I am really disappointed with your Service Personale who are not even attending my calls. My entire household is filled with LG products because of the good service given earlier but after the Service Franchise has changed the service is poor.

Very poor service. Not attending to calls when made to Kottayam Service Centre or Area Service Centre at Kochi.
Complaint no 170418273834 dated 18/04/2017 has not been rectified so far nor any status report. The Service standard has come down from 10/10 to 02/10. Hereafter I am going to stop recommending LG products to anybody.

Hi. Iam Jois bought a LG led tv from cherupushpam stores, Pala one and a half year ago.. finds a problem regarding the product, before two days during watching tv was power of without any electricity issue or rain..now the power button only lighten..display is not working.your product value is high because of I choosed this.. but in a short time period the product damaged.
