My LG DVD player Model: DV258 has some complaints. The disc tray is not opening and the operating buttons too are not working. I had not used this player for some time as I was out of station. Please have it repaired at the earliest. I can take it to your service center if you could give me their address and contact number.

One of my A/C s sent for service due to capacitor burn in December 2016. As per their estimate they informed Rs.11500/- for repair of the external unit to replace all items with new. Paid Rs.6000/- as advance as per the demand from the service centre. After repeated effort to get back the A/C they installed back the ac in January second week. After installation of the ac the technician found some problem with indoor unit of the same. They removed the both internal and external units and sent to service centre as per the technician’s demand. After two weeks there is no information received from the service centre and contacted again, they were asking balance amount to be paid for re install the ac. I informed them to install the ac and get the bill, and this time they were asking Rs.14695/-. By the time I sent vehicle to pick up the A/C, they didn’t send the A/C without paying bill. This is the first time one authorised dealer was asking advance payment, paid the Rs.9570/- on 27th of Feb.2017 and till date waiting for installation for the same.
They charged Rs.1250/- for external unit painting also without doing painting, I can down load photos of the unit and post it in this site what they said “Painted” or shall I display the item in front of your Show room at ERNAKULAM.

Hi,
I have an LG LCD T.V which was working perfectly for few years. It started showing some grey horizontal lines in the display screen couple of days back. It has now covered more than 3/4th of the screen. Can you please advise if it can be repaired & it's cost.
