I have a laptop which is more than a year old and it is getting hanged for few seconds everytime and runs for 2 mins and again gets hanged. Dear Sir/Mam,
I have purchased a new mobile of Lenovo S660 as ordered on 20.12.2014.
I am shocked to found that whenever anyone try to contact me on my new mobile, I receive sms/display on screen, "Unfortunately, the processcom.android.phone has stopped." and then mobile turn in black without light or anything on screen and then after 30-40 seconds, again screen display.
Please note this a newly bought mobile running under warranty period.
You are requested to do the needful.

Hi,
Pls refer our call and my visit to your service center dated yesterday on the above subject line.
I have purchased a new S660 on dated 26.01.2015.
To restate my cell problems:
1) Battery life last only for max 1-2 hours
2) gets hanged every now and then
3) gets swithed off frequently
4) and since last two days its not getting switched on though the battery sign is showing as 38%
As informed i dont wish to get this repaired as the problems are not one but many hence am only looking forward to get the replacement and no repair work on my handset.
As far as 7 days warranty is concerned please note that
26th itself was a public holiday (though i had purchased my handset at around 10pm at Mobile Kindgom Vashi)

I have bought Lenovo S850 mobile one month back. I stay in Panvel where as i work to ambernath. In the travel network circle changes. Once network goes; mobile has to be switched off and again to switch on to get network selected. One of my friend has similar problem with same model. Again disply also goes off for some time. Since 24th February 20015 my data connection is not working . I had visited Idea galary and they gave me new sim card but still the problem is pending.
