I have purchased Lenovo A6000 mobile but my internet service not working in phone.all internet setting are fine and when I connect to WiFi then internet service are working.if same Sim use in other phne net service used properly but when any Sim used in this phne then net service not working only net sign show on top of the mobile H/H+.

I have got Lenovo A7000 on 3rd Jun'15 and facing below problems since then :
1) H/w Issue : Power button not functioning properly- Phone does not get unlocked in 1 shot.
2) Battery Heating issues
3) Touch problem :
a) Calls can not be disconnected in 1 touch, have to keep taping the "Disconnect" for 20-30 Seconds.
b) Screen does not get Unlocked in 1 shot- Have to keep trying multiple times.
4)Sound problem : Most of the time callers on other side cant hear my voice- Have to disconnect and redial the call.

Worst part is problem continues even after performing troubleshooting steps given by Flipkart. Now Flipkart is denying to help and don't even see much hopes from Lenovo Service Center.. Bad decision to buy a Lenovo Phone.

I have purchased Lenovo A600 plus phone, this phone displays only 2G on both the sim cards and speed is very very poor. though I have charging 3G data in the sim and after data use it shows balance in 3g data consumption.
Is this phone is only for 2G and not meant for 3G.
