I am using Lenovo a 7000 and purchased from flipkart, i am phasing sound problem during call, my voice can not listen to other side man. i have change one set mobile but still same problem is this phone also. please rectified my problem.

I had purchased Lenov Ideapad Z580, model - 20135 on 05.11.2012 and under warrantee upto 03.11.2015. Offlate some serious problem with hinges joining key board & screen have cropped out due to which facing problem in opening / closing of the laptop. We had contacted the laptop at your Lenovo service centre at sector - 22, Noida (WIPRO INFOTECH) but they are saying that this would cost Rs 11500/- for rectification however my laptop is still under waarantee. Please look into the matter and resolve my problem as the laptop is still under warrantee.

it was some minor problem with my mobile lenovo model k910l.it was gifted by my son who lives in dubai.your service centre refused to handle because it was purchased from dubai.i told them that i will not claim warranty even then refused.pl let me know the process.

Hi,
I received my lenovo A-7000 on first week of May 2015. But within one week I found a problem in Dolby Atmos app.
The app gets automatically off as soon as I start playing songs and won't start again till I stop my song.
The app is specially designed for music, but for me it's not working. Except this I am really satisfied with the device.
I hope I will get immediate solution from your end.

i am purchasing my lenova 16000 plus on 6 may, that time its charger not charge my mobile ,only show connect charger to mobile but percentage of battery not increased , when battery is 33%,then connect charger to it after 1 hour battery show 33%,,,that means problem in charger.......pleae replace it....

Lenovo A7000 purchased on 15-April-15 via flipkart.Now, its not accepting charging while charger is ok. And if it is connect with charger than it become disconncet within one or two minutes automatically.
