Dear Sirs,
I have purchased a Lenovo K3 Note Mobile on 23rd Juane 2016 through Online ID No. OD106310339783126000. I am facing problems of outgoing voice not working. I can hear only incoming voice and not reaching my voice to the other end.
Please advise as to how I can get it rectified. I am residing in Faridabad. Please advise your customer care number and the Centre where I can get it repaired.

Dear Sir
My phone is not charging since last 2-3 days. While connecting to charger it shows the symbol of charging but it not actually charging the phone.
Secondly,the battery backup is very poor,it discharges 1% in 1 min.
Third, the phone is heating very dangerously while calling.
Please check the issue and solve it.
