Dear Sir/ Ma'am.
I have purchased Lenovo A7000 through online app. 2 months ago. I was really happy to see the phone the its features. but after completion the 30 days of its use i was facing the charging problem in it. but i was using it along with this miner problem. Now my phone is died. Neither it getting charged nor showing the charging indicator. I am facing too much problem. Apart from this some times it becomes hang or touch doesn't work properly.
So in this regard, Its my humble request to you that please short out my problem as soon as possible.
