I have bought Lenovo vibex2 mobile on 19th dec 2014 but with in 5 months the head phone is not detected by the phone I have with the other head phone which is perfectly detected by the phone. Some times it is detecting but then the sound is coming in only right ear. I want a replacement of the headphone

I really don't know if no one is there to pick up the given help line number why do you provide it? from the morning till I have called more than 50 times but its either engaged or no one is there to pick up the call. is it a new mode of harassment for the customers? now am repenting why did I go for lenovo?
