I booted my laptop (lenovo z585),first it was showing lenovo logo and loading sign for a long time. I hit the power switch and started the computer again this time it was showing 'preparing automatic repair' after this screen the screen went black with a movable mouse pointer.I tried hitting f8 but I couldn't load it in safe mode.I want to know if my hard drive and my files are safe.please help!!!

Dear Sir, in my Lenovo A536 Android Phone, my earphone of this handset does not properly plays, it creates very low sounds while in full volume mode, whenever I captures video, it does not play any volume from that captured video. It doesn't gives 3G speed while connecting my Reliance 3G datacard.
Meanwhile, I can't contact neither finds the Lenovo Service Center in Kolkata. Please help me to solve out those problems as soon as possible.

The tablet was purchased in the last week of December, 2014, since then it was not used on day to day basis.
Now the tablet could not be opened by hitting the power switch or else. while pressing the power switch , vibration is felt followed by a sound but screen remains black without being switched on mode for operation.
