Refund of booking amount by DILIP NAKUM:

This is to inform You that Before few days i Booked a Hyundai Verna 1.4 in Name Of DILIP NAKUM From Your One of the Sales Representative Mr Mayur For that i give him a Rs 6000 as a Booking amount,
But Somehow My Loan is not approved From Bank side and I cancelled a Deal With Mr Mayur In that case Mayur Told me Your Amount is Not Refundable.
In this case There is not cancelled From My end its Rejected Because of Bank Processor. This is a Very Bad Experience From Shivalik and Now I WANT MY BOOKING AMOUNT REFUND ASAP.
after that I easily Purchased A Car From Skoda Rapid with smooth Proceess of Bank , I Don't Know what Problems are Faced By Shivalik and Your Sales Representative.Also i Don't Like Behavior Of that Person, He totally Misguide me and Not Giving a Genuine Answer to me Like " If i complaint i have to pay another amount and There is nothing Possibility to Refund You Can Complaint". this was the Last answer From Your Representative.
I need Your Revert asap otherwise I will Go with Consumer Forms and also take a Legal actions.
