Dear Sir/ Madam,
The mail is intended to express my concern over not refunding the advance booking money which I handed back to the Popular Hyundai Thiruvalla agent. I made booking for Creta on 14th October 2015, and handed them rupees 50,000 INR (Please find the attached order form). In turn due to unexpected medical expenses to meet with my family, I decided to cancel the deal, which I informed the dealer officially in written as well on 28 Oct 2015(please find the attached). The executive from the above mention dealer is not responding to my calls as well as seems like holding back the money which will be needful for me in this crisis situation.
I humbly request to do the needful to give back my advanced money that is 50000 INR as well as guide the concern dealer to meet the customer’s request at the very best.

For Service I given my i10 car (KL5AA9151) in your kodimatha service center
Last Friday (04/11/2016). Wednesday(02/11/2016) i got a call from your
customer service and give so many offers like, Full body cleaning,
polishing, inside vacuum cleaning, wheel alignment, etc etc.
Friday evening 7.15 received my car, that time i was not in home, that's
why i didn't check that time. what type of service you are done? Mechanical
side i don't know, what you told i believe, i don't have other option, at
least cleaning you should do neatly. This is CHEATING.
UNDER BODY NOT WASHED
VACUUM CLEANING NOT DONE
WHEEL ALIGNMENT NOT DONE

Dear sir/madam
I have given my car KL 50 A 5859 car in popular Hyundai Kodimatha Kottayam.My experience was totally un fare .It was routine service but they did sum additional worke as usual the adviser has the trarget (never mind)But after the work I feel I am riding on a house .i complaind they took the car back again no changes.Let me know the detail they are telling I have to change the tyre but the tyre run only run 2000 km .So I just plan take a second opinion from another service center
