My honor 6 is showing a cinplaibt on.restartting since noon.the phone is often restarting.I have also noticed a panel and display issue with the body of phone.

i am from calicut.i have a huawei honor 3c. Last week i tried to update the software to kitkat 3.0 . But during the updating i removed the battery. After my phone is dead. However, the display is appearing in a white screen with chinese words. Is there any chance to recover my old software. Shall i come to your service centre. Please help me . I am troubled

I am from shoranur. I have huawei ascend G730. It's lock button stopped working. It happened about a month ago. I gave it to my nearby shop and fixed it. But the same switch problem arises frequently and the they told that as it is a strip, its better to change the strip. As they couldn't get the strip, they fixed the problem and told me that the volume buttons will not be working but lock button does. From then, the switch problem didnt arise. But one day my phone switched off suddenly, restarted, on for about 1 min, again swithches off and restarts and again goes off on its own frequently. I gave it to the shop. They got a new switch. And they are saying that it cannot be softwared as its connection is getting failed. Can you help me????
