I bought Ascend G700 a year back at Qatar.Battery level started showing fluctuations frequently switching off the device and not even getting recharged. Shown two times at customer service in Doha,one time they did factory reset and the next time changed the battery.The complaint prevails. Now I am in Cochin.Please advise how to rectify

Sir, i'm using a huawei honor holly purchased 6 months back. Last night the battery was showing 88% charge, but in the morning phone was switch off. When i switch on it shows 1% charge only... What can i do? Is this bcos of battery problem? Is it covered under the warranty?
