    Sir, It is to inform that I have railwire broadband connection at 100 MBPS at home (Nanded) priced at Rs.1180 per month. Since last 8/10 days, there has been interruption in broadband line at least 2 to 3 hours daily without any notice, and the speed I get since last one month is hardly 8-10 MBPS as against 100 MBPS. Number of times I complained to local dealer however no response and they say the shortfall is from the main line. My work is of etendering and requires a continuous broadband connection. I request to kindly look into the problem and restore my broadband line to 100 MBPS that too without interruption on daily basis. Please do the needful.

    I have been using Railwire since 3 months. All these 3 months have face issue of no connectivity for which the executive is unable to fix the problem. Due to this the issue continues for several days.. Even weeks without anyone attending the problem.

    The assigned executive never pick up calls and provide update of the problem. Instead says of visiting home in 15 mins but never shows up.

    Do not take subscription of Railwire if your patience level is low!!

    I have observed many times that the advertisement of free rail wifi at Mumbai Central Line Diva Junction railway station is high.
    Free WiFi 30 min. I thank you for this for all but many students who can't recharge their internet pack or whose home doesn't get internet connectivity came there but platform no 5 & 6 was very slow motion or sometimes searching countieswill beI have seen several times that students studying in out of state or school even if they have to fill the form online
    Rail uses WiFi. Then one will shine if some facilities are provided properly for the future students, hope that India will shine its name in the world. I don't want to hurt anyone in this message.

    Hello, this is very worst services provider, poor networks, also there vendors also not receives calls,, and toll free no not working,,, taking long time to connect railwire customer care ,when pickup call automatically disconnect within 1 sec.
