Its been 2 years I have completed my Bachelor of Arts with Hindi subject from ARTS AND COMMERCE COLLEGE, KADOLI. Yet i am not getting my Graduation Certificate from the college and I am not getting any satisfactory answers rather the harsh ones that i should collect it from HNGU Patan myself. What level of carelessness towards the future of the graduates this is. The system turning blind eyes to the pass out students that we are not able to get admission to our desired courses further.
I here by convey my message on behalf of many of my friends to you to look into the matter and resolve it by what comes under your authority.
